All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The following terms apply:

    The deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Six (6) Months or More Before Departure:
    Cancellations made six months or more prior to departure qualify for a full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

  • Four (4) to Six (6) Months Before Departure:
    Cancellations within this window qualify for a 50% refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

  • Three (3) Months or Less Before Departure:
    Cancellations made three months or less prior to departure are non-refundable. No exceptions.

3. Refund Processing

If a refund is applicable, processing times may vary depending on financial institutions and payment platforms. Refunds will be issued in accordance with this policy only.
